Just upgraded to Fusion 11 and I find that 'vmrun' only works some of the time, it seems to crash randomly with the following output on Mojave.

But it will work if I try the command a 2nd or 3rd time. Sigh. Looks like some sort of Objective-C dump. But nothing useful.
And VMware now makes it so impossible to file a bug report I think the only logical thing to do is go back to Fusion 10, and maybe just consider a move to KVM overall... this is not quality... and it shouldn't be so hard to file a bug about sloppy software getting shipped and then sold to poor folks like me that actually expect it to work.
Hi,
Did you enable VMware Fusion under apple's configuration option: System Preferences -> Security&privacy -> Accessibility ?
I'm asking this as the errors are about the keyboard and there's several reports at the forum about keyboard and mouse issues when that option isn't enabled.

In my case, I do have the configuration option: System Preferences -> Security&privacy -> Accessibility set properly. Still freezes up with the spinning beach ball of death. Quite regularly. I can force quit but can't relaunch. Have to reboot the whole machine to get it back.
Going back to Fusion 10 solved my issues, but it doesn't change the fact I paid good money for a product that clearly wasn't well tested and wasn't ready to ship. A recurring theme at VMware these days. If you are going to be in commercial software where you charge people for products, you ought to have the courage to receive bug reports. Punishing people further after you have sold them faulty software by making them sit on a call listening to an IVR or endure some offshore call centre.. is offensive.
I signed up to VMUG for Fusion 11, and now the clock is ticking on my license, but the product is clearly not ready. And my only option is to endure their support channel wasting more of my time... isn't going to happen for a product clearly bug ridden.
You are moving in the wrong direction VMware... this is not good business.
Just an addendum: I found that most of my VMs running Windows 10-64 were set to single processor, which is below the recommended two processors. I've set them to 2 now and while it's too early to say the total effect, they do seem more stable and snappier.

Sorry that such problem appears with Fusion. Could you please try removing below file and see if the issue still happens
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.HIToolbox.plist
I did as you suggested and it's still frozen up today.
I'm definitely having this same problem. On two different Macs.
Mac Pro (Late 2013), 3 Ghz 8-Core Intel Xeon E5
32GB 1866 MHz DDR3
FirePro D700 6144 MB
Running Mojave 10.14.2
I'm also running into this same issue with Mohave on a 2014 15" MacBook Pro, specs not currently available.
All was fine on both machines with High Sierra and Fusion 10, but since I upgraded to Mojave and Fusion 11, both have become super unstable. The laptop is almost unusable. And the Desktop needs to be rebooted once every day or two.
Just installed a mbp 2015 with a fresh MacOS Mojave.

The bug occurs on 11.0.2 and even on 11.1.0 .
I think there is a problem with Accessibility . I have added and removed VMware Fusion , but the KeyBoard Settings aren't saved.
When I switch the keyboard profile from the default to Mac/Windows or whatever and close the configuration window . Reopen the configuration window my changes are gone.
I have never used this feature , but I'm sure this is not working like it should be.
