Fusion 11/Mojave - Fusion asking for random permissions

Hello,

When I opened my computer this evening, Fusion asked for access to calendar and contacts, and then after a bit asked for access to photos.

I feel like this is absurd. Should I be expecting this?

Hi,

It might be absurd, but I think it will only do this if you ask it to access these folders.

The security model in Mojave has changed and apple has now decided to bug the user (a lot, to me it feels a bit like Windows Vista).

If you have a VM with shared folders _and_ you have it set to mirror folders then yes it should ask for those permissions.

So check for your running VMs the following menu -> Virtual Machine -> Sharing -> Sharing Settings -> Mirrored folders checkboxes
