Fusion 11.5.6

Hi

I have just updated my Mac system to OS Big Sur, 11.0.1, only to find that I cannot launch VMWare. It simply loads a message saying "Unsupported Mac OS version. This version of mac os is not supported". Please please please help as I urgently need to work on my Virtual Machine! What do I need to do?

Fusion 11 is not supported on Big Sur, as mentioned here: https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-Fusion-Discussions/Upgrade-to-Big-Sur-and-can-t-run-VMWare-...

If you must use Big Sur, you'll need Fusion 12 - there is a Player version, see here: https://blogs.vmware.com/teamfusion/2020/09/fusion-12-now-available.html
