Hadn't used Fusion for a while, but running either 11.3 or 11.5 with a Windows 10 VM, the text is blurry in full screen mode. I use an external 3840x1600 non-retina display. Doesn't seem to matter if "Use full resolution for Retina display" is enabled or disabled - either way it's blurry in full screen. Windows scaling is set to 100%. Windowed mode is fine - text is crisp, it's just full screen mode that becomes blurry. Attached screenshots to show the difference.
