Free Fusion 2 to 3 upgrade site down?

Hello VMware, I applied for a free upgrade to Fusion 3 on 29 Oct. since I purchasedversion 2 on Oct 4. The day after I applied for the free upgrade bysending the required information to free-upgrade@rebates-vmware.com Ireceived an email from .The email gave a link to check the status. The link showed "OPEN" for aweek or so, and now the link to check the status comes up as an invalidlink. I posted this in error at the end of someone elses post over the weekend, but thought I should create a new post this Monday morning. As forum poster lschen mentinoed yesterday, emails are also bouncing to rebatecenter@mediuscorp.com. Can you recommend what I should do to complete the request for free upgrade license number? Just so VMware knows, I am also getting the same result at the mediuscorp status page. This is not isolated. My trial ends in 12 days, should I call?

I was able to get in by swapping 'https' for 'http' in the URL provided in the emails

Thank you all. After sending another email to free-upgrade@rebates-vmware.com inquiring on the status of my ticket I received an email from the VMware rebate center last night at 23:45 US eastern. I'll test the serial number out this evening.
