Fonts installed in Fontbook not showing up in VM Ware Fusion

I use VM Ware Fusion to access certain features on PowerPoint. I've been told that fonts installed into Fontbook should transfer over to VM Ware and I should be able to access them without trying to install them again (which I cannot do without administrator login) but for some reason, the fonts don't show up. I try to change fonts in PowerPoint but can't see / use them or they show up but don't work (defaults to calibri). Does anyone know what is causing this?

I don't think that's something we've ever supported. 

You'd need to install the fonts separately in Windows.
