First time installing keep getting "Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken"

This is my first time installing the software and I am not the most tech-savy person so please bear with me. I tried installing and reinstalling twice now and have followed a youtube tutorial to do so but I keep receiving this message ever time I try to startup the virtual machine:

"Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken"

This error message can have different causes and we'll need more information to see what's going on.

First, what version of Fusion are you using, what Mac are you running it on, what macOS version are you using, and what operating system are you running in the VM?

Second, can you zip up and post the vmware.log file that's found in the VM's bundle folder. You can find it by locating the VM in the Finder, right clicking on it, then selecting "Show Package Contents". A Finder window will open showing the files that make up your VM. You can find the file there.
