First time boot with new Bootcamp partition - Error 0xc0000225

I just installed my newly purchased fusion 8. Deleted my bootcamp VM from the library, and recreated it (just like it tells you to do, and you have to do it every new release).

The bootcamp vm created without errors. I changed the cores to 4. I increased the RAM to 8GB.  (I have 8 cores and 24GB of RAM).

By Default, the graphics are set to accelerated, and the graphics memory is set to 1024MB. (I have 4096MB of graphics memory).

The VM starts, but Windows 10 fails to boot, and displays the error 0xc0000225:

Your PC needs to be repaired

A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.

Evidently, this came about because windows pushed down an insider build and started the install while i was running bootcamp in a VM. Ended up "locking" the disk, and the whole partition was unrecoverable.

How did you create the Boot Camp VM? Create it or Import the volume?

Could you try to create the Boot Camp using the default VM settings and see if this problem still exists?
