I receive a "File not found" error with no other descriptors when I try to open Fusion 12.1.0. I am running Big Sur and just upgraded Fusion from 11.0. Any suggestions?
If you tried another installation before, just delete everything.
Do a simple search for VMware and send everything you find to the trash can (not your virtual machine if you have one).
It worked for me
