Fan at high speed when running Windows 10

When I start Fusion my MBP runs "normal" but as soon as I start Windows 10 of the VM the fans start to spin at full speed, and never stop at full speed (until I power down Windows 10.
It also decreases my battery life.

I've read some posts (most older), but so far I haven't found a solution for this.

Any suggestions or links to topics that are truly resolved?
(otherwise I might have to switch to Parallels, hope not as I have used Fusion for many years now)

One potential cause is that you have something in the guest that's causing the spike - either restore points, virus scans, or something similar running.

Thanks!
I found the issue.
WMI had a high CPU usage.
After terminating a custom application the CPU usage dropped from 55% to 9%.
Fans stopped spinning at high speed
