Excel 2007 (Vista) won't display any charts (.xls or .xlsx files)

I'm using RC1, very happy with Fusion RC1, have one issue that I need to get solved:

When opening a chart-only Excel file (tried both 2003 and 2007 versions), everything is blank. Those files are created on a Vista and XP environment.

There are no problems though if I create a chart when running RC1, it's just opening up existing files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for pointing this out, you are absolutely right!! I was trying to get charts to open on my x64 Vista VM and I couldn't see charts properly. I thought my Office was currupt.

it happened to me in Parallels too. i found a trick to fix it (temporarily).

open the page where the chart is, then hit Print preview. the chart will show up in the small preview. click cancel et voila, it's there.

works everytime, though i cant guarantee it'll do in Fusion.

Thanks, great (temporary) fix, after doing preview I can see all the charts.

Hopefully VMware can figure out what is going on and address it in the next release.
