I was having networking problems in my XP Pro VM so I decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling Fusion. When I ran the installer the installation failed. The /var/log/install.log file had the following error: BomFatalError - cpio read error: bad file format. I checked the MD5 hash of the downloaded .dmg and it compares with the signature on the download page. Can anyone help?
