Drag and Drop not working with Vmware Fusion 6

I just upgraded my Macbook Air to OSX-Mavericks.

Along with this, I also upgraded my VMWare Fusion4 to Fusion6.

I am running Windows 7 as guest in the Fusion machine.

Now after the upgrades, I am not able to drag & drop files from Windows to OSX and am also not able to copy paster from osx to windows 7 and vice-versa.

Please help.

You don't indicate if the Knowledge Base issue fixed your problem or not. If it doesn't, try uninstalling the VMware Tools in Windows 7. After Windows restarts then install the VMware Tools again. I did this and then drag and drop functionality worked for me in Windows 7.
