Drag and Drop from VM to Mac Not Working

I was able to drag and drop files from my Windows 7 Ultimate VM to my Mac (10.6.1), but it doesn't seem to be working now. I can drag and drop from the Mac to the VM without a problem. Any thoughts?

Drag and drop doesn't work for me at all with Windows XP machine (on MacBook Pro with 10.6.1). It worked fine before with 2.0.6.

Unity seems slower then before and there is constant problem with black screen when I switch from Unity to windowed mode and i have to kill the virtual machine. New Fusion menu at the OSX top bar often does not work as it supposed - when I click on the Windows program icon nothings happens and the program is not launched in the virtual machine.

Overall I'm very disappointed with Fusion 3.0 and I'm going back to 2.0.6. Nothing good in this realise for me.
