Double Mouse Pointers

For some reason, when I click into the virtual machine my Mac OS mouse come with me and I have it on top of the windows mouse. It works and I can click on things and do things in Vista, but its very annoying. Especially when the windows mouse lags a bit behind the mac mouse.

This never used to happen. Juts started. Running latest version of Mac OS, Fusion 1.1.1, and latest Vista in virtual machine.

Are your VMware Tools running, e.g. you see the VMware icon in the system tray without any red marks through it? The Tools mouse driver handles the interaction with the host. You could try repairing the Tools under Control Panel > Programs and Features > VMware Tools > repair.
