Dont know how to turn off unity mode

I cant exit unity and now I see windows defender onedrive USB and other little icons on the top of my mac. Does anyone know how to exit unity? (Running windows 10)

Try one of the following

Right click on the VMware Fusion icon in the Dock and choose Exit Unity
or
Switch to the VMware Fusion app using Command-Tab) and then select View and change the View
or
Switch to the VMware Unity app (such as using Command-Tab) and then select "Quit VMware Unity"
