Crash, requested I contact support, now what?

I got a message stating I should contact support but I did not write down the details. Now I can't find much info about the error (but do have 2 crash logs). What should I do (given the status of the support request site)?

What were you doing at the time of the crash? Has this been reproducible for you or was it a one time crash?

I was shutting the guest OS down. It's a one-time crash.

Can you post the .vmx and the vmware.log files for the VM in question here?

Also, what Guest OS were you running at the time of the crash?

I found "vmware-vmfusion.log". Is that what you mean for the log?

Guest OS is XP Pro

The log files I want are vmware.log (there are 4 total files). These can be found in the VM directory.

Typically this can be found at ~/Documents/Virtual Machines/

You will need to do a right-click on the VM and select "Show Package Contents"

Thanks. Those were the files we needed to look at.

The VM was created in the last beta/rc. It's a Boot Camp VM.
