Could not found recovery partition

I want to install macOS with fusion pro. I create a new mac virtual machine from recovery, tips me "VMware fusion 无法再此 Mac 上找到恢复分区( VMware fusion can't found recovery partition".

How did I do?  Please help me

Known issue, download the installer from the Apple app store and install using that.
