Dear all,
I don't want virtualization
I currently run a Parallels Windows on my Mac but I want to move my Windows stuff to a dedicated headless machine.
As the machine is packed with consumer-grade hardware (especially a GTX1070 GPU) and it doesn't have lots of BIOS options (all the VT options are hidden, I don't know why.. it's a MSI Trident 3), I - again - don't want virtualization. I just want to run fusion and connect it NOT to a VM running on my machine but to the physical host.
Currently I use Remote Desktop but it doesn't give a seamless experience compared to Fusion.
Is this possible?
I just installed the Fusion Pro Trial on my Mac and VMWare Workstation on the Windows machine, but Fusion Pro only gives options for creating machines or connecting to Vhosts
Bump
I'm a little confused. So you want to use VMware Fusion to connect to and manage a Windows physical machine??
Right!
Not possible.
