Configuring VMWARE 5.0.3 to run Windows 7

My colors are inverted , not displaying correctly. The VM is Windows 7. I am using a macbook air with the following graphics :

Graphics  Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB

Could you kindly collect a Support Information bundle (in Fusion, choose Help > Collect Support Information) and then attach it to a reply here in the forum (choose Use advanced editor in the top-right corner when composing your reply, then attach the .tar.gz file).  That will give us the best chance of figuring out what's going on there.Of course, it is better you can provide a screenshot for the issue.
