Change ethernet ports on Mac Pro

I have a Mac Pro. It has two ethernet ports. How do I specify which ethernet port the VMware fusion guest OS is connected to?

Thanks for your response. VMware definitely needs to fix this so that choices can be made now that all Macs come with at least two network cards (WiFi and Ethernet).
