Normally I have no problem to open Windows XP in this program, but suddenly something happend.

Now I get the following message:

If you would attach the "/Users/KGH/Dokuments/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows XP Professional.vmwarevm/Windows XP Professional.vmx" file to a reply one of us can look at it and tell you what is wrong it and or correct it for you. You can also open the file in TextEdit and it may be obvious what is wrong with it.

Have a look at Where to Find Things section in for the location and how to access these files.
