Cannot reach Solidworks FlexLM server

I'm running MacOS 10.11.2 with Fusion Pro 8.1.0 and trying to launch SolidWorks.  I get an error that "server node it down or not responding".  It happens consistently.  Looks like it can't reach the LM?  What can I do to fix?  Any help is appreciated!

Are you using Solidworks 2015? When this issue happen, which network the VM is in, bridged or NAT? Could you try to change it to another network, say NAT to Bridged, or Bridged to NAT? Can your Mac OS reach the FlexLM server?
