Can't seem to see my windows programs

I have a brand new Macbook Pro and a new install of VMFusion 7.  I then added my Windows 7 VM and installed Office on it.

When I switch to unity mode, I can't find my Windows programs (specifically office).

I'm not sure what I missed but on the Mac that I'm on, I have the same setup and I can see both Windows programs and Mac apps.

Any ideas what I missed or what setting I need to adjust?

check if Run windows apps in Mac's app folder " checkbox is ticked.

Go to Virtual Machine > Settings > Default Application to check the above configuration. This should help in populating the Windows apps in Mac's app folder.
