Understand that doesn't help us figure out what's happening for you... could you be more descriptive? Are you getting an error message? what happes when you try to install Tools? Does it install and then have issues afterwards?

I've been using Win7 x64 for some time now... works fantastically.

Perhaps at least post the output of your 'Help > Collect Support Information' so we can see what's going on in greater detail.

Thanks 😃

Thank you for your answer! 😃

There are some additional infomations .

At first, I tried to install japanese version of win7 ultimate.

So, the messages of I wrote was translated to English from Japanese.

And then, Select option that by ISO file, downloaded from MS technet.

>> not found driver...insert driver disk....

When are you getting this error?

I get this message at step1 of win7's install. You know, There are

step1 and step2 of win7's install progress, step1 is Infomation

collection progress and step2 is OS installing.

More exactly, when I pressed next On the step1, after selecting

nations and timezone, keyboard type..etc.

Have you installed Tools? Menu Bar > Virtual Machine > Install

VMware Tools

I met the message,Menu Bar > Virtual Machine > Install VMware Tools

and browse folder to selecting device drivers.

The installation is silent, it mostly happens in the background with

Windows 7.

I tried every device drivers folder inside vmware tools for find

device driver win7's said, but it doesn't work.

Thats good. I hope it works fantastically on my MacBook too. Smiley Wink

After I comeback home. I'll try and send the infomations.

Make sure you use 'Easy Install' rather than creating a VM by hand, and that you choose the right OS from the list.
