Can't get my Fusion Professional Version 8.5.8 to work after Mac OS Mojave Update.

I updated my Mac OS to Mojave and now I can't open my Vm Ware Fusion. This is what the screen looks like. Ay suggestions would be much appreciated.

Because Fusion 8.5 isn't supported (and usually won't work) on Mojave. You need to upgrade to v11. Source: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2088571
