Can't change app window height after moving Mojave guest from Mojave host to Monterey host

Background Info:

VMware-Fusion-12.2.5

Monterey 12.6.8

The Mojave guest worked on the Mojave host. 

When I first logged into my VM on the Monterey host, I had a screen resolution issue: the desktop was about 7 feet wide!  I made it a workable size by dragging the right side to the left.  That seems to be OK now but I mention it because maybe there still is a resolution issue.

The problem I'm having happens only with Quicken Mac 2007. Clicking and dragging up from the lower righthand side of the app's window to make the window shorter is not possible.

I suspect you've moved from a non-HDPI host to a HDPI host.  Try changing the 'use full resolution for guest' option in display settings for the guest VM.

You also should manually update the guest tools (from the VM menu, reinstall VMWare tools).
