Can't apply for a free license & can't issue a ticket for support "Unable to complete your request"

Hi, 

I'm trying to apply for a free license for VMware Fusion but I'm always faced with "Unable to complete your request" and even when I try to open a ticket it gives the same error(attached a screenshot).

I can't even submit a complaint.

Use a browser with no ad block or cookie blocking enabled (and private/incognito mode as well).
