Can I convert a Microsoft Virtual PC VHD file for usage in Fusion?

Is it possible to convert a VHD image file created with Microsoft Virtual PC (for Mac obviously) for usage in Fusion? I'm either interested in converting the VHD as it is now or the conversion of the image contained in the Virtual PC installation disk (users of that program will know what I mean).
Depending on the version of VPC you have, Converter[/url] may be able to read the vhd directly. You could also follow Brian's conversion process[/url], much of it should apply.
