Bootcamp Partition Bluescreens with inaccessible_boot_device

I use both MacOS and Windows 10 via Bootcamp on my MacbookPro 16,1.

Normally I run it on native hardware (i.e. I boot directly into Windows without Fusion sitting in between), but when I first installed Windows 10 (on Catalina, macOS 11.5), I remember that I set up the ability to also boot the Win10 Bootcamp partition as a VM with Fusion. Now, I'm running Monterey (macOS 12), and for some reason I can't boot into Win10 in Fusion anymore without a BSOD approximately 30secs into the boot sequence.

I am able to see the blue logo and the spinning dots, and then get a BSOD with the error code "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE". However, I am able to boot directly into Win10 on bare metal. Essentially, I'm having the opposite problem to this Apple support question here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252702985, where my partition works directly but not through Fusion.

I have tried deleting the old configuration and creating a new Bootcamp configuration from the new VM wizard, but the same issue persists. I'm using Fusion Player 12.2.1.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
