Boot Camp removed - still appears in VMware Fusion

Hi all Smiley Happy

I removed my Boot Camp partition with the Boot Camp Assistant a few days ago, after a few restarts and logging in and out, the Boot Camp partition still appears in the main window of VMware Fusion. I double checked to see if the partition has been successfully removed by holding down the Option key on during boot up, only the Macintosh HD icon appears. Is there any way I can remove the Boot Camp partition listing from VMware Fusion?

Thanks! Smiley Happy

To remove the Boot camp entry from VM Library you need to delete the Boot camp metadata as well

you can delete the boot camp metadata from ~/Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/ once you delete the folder restart your Mac system

~ = Your Home Folder
