Big Sure - Fusion 11.5.7

Currently I'm running Catalina (10.15.7) and VM Fusion 11.5.7. And everything works well!

I'm thinking of upgrading to Big Sure, but wondering if I can expect issue if I stay at VM Fusion 11.5.7.
Or that it is mandatory to upgrade to a newer version of VM Fusion.

Apple made some changes, you’ll need Fusion 12 if you run Big Sur.
