Application Launcher Failure - 1.1RC1 - Leopard

I have 1.1RC1 on 2 machines - MacBook and iMac. On the iMac, when I open Fusion, I get another icon on the dock - simply entitled vmx - that bounces for a while, then just hangs around. When I try to enter unity mode, or when I'm in unity mode and try to launch a new window/app - it works - BUT I get an error "The application launcher failed to launch (program name.exe) -- Windows Vista ... The virtual machine configuration file /Users/mymac/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows Vista.vmwarevm/Windows Vista.vmx could not be found. But the application launches fine. Thoughts?

Did you get this fixed? I'm having the same problem with VMWare Fusion 1.1 (62573). I had opened another thread on this (because I couldn't the search feature of this forum... found your message just now by changing my system to English and searching the error message via Google): http://communities.vmware.com/message/826521 ... so far, I have no solution to this...
