I'm running XP in fusion and my main hard drive for XP was only 20 GB. I added a 100 GB hard drive but it doesn't show up in XP. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Did you format the new disk within XP after adding it in the VM settings?
You can do this by going to Control-Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management
You should be able to see the new disk under Disk Management.
