Added Virtual Hard Disk not visible in "My Computer"

I added another virtual hard drive as per instructions, however this hard disk 2 does'nt show up in "My Computer". How can I use it?

Did you partition the new drive and give it a drive letter in Computer Management, Drive Manager?

You probably need to format the drive before you can use it. For example, see

right click my computer and select "Manage" once the MMC has opened, select Disk Management, you will find your disk here wating to be initialised, formatted and assigned a Drvie letter

Additionally, you may need to right-click on Disk Management within the computer management MMC and select "Rescan Disks".
