There are two ways to access the airdisk: either via the airdisk utility or by connecting via the Finder/Windows Explorer directly to the base station IP.
You would do this from within a Windows machine in Fusion. If you are using a Linux virtual machine you would need to use Samba to connect to the airport ip.
