vcp certification confirmation mail not received

Hi

   I have cleared the VCP exam on March 12  2011 and till now i  have not received any confimation mail from vmware. i mailed to certification@vmware.com and they are not responding, I am able to see from the pearson vue site that i passed the exam.  Please let me know how can get my certification details updated in my transcript.

perhaps your email is blocking or class it as spam. why not use public email like yahoo or gmail? their response has being very fast to me.

Do not stress, it can take several weeks for this to arrive - you have only been waiting 3 - give it a little more time.

Congratulations!! it usually takes 6-8 Weeks for the physical transcript to arrive, there are no digital copy/soft copy of certificates are available online at this stage(Please refer to VCP FAQ at vmware website), and usually you should get confirmation email within couple of days after you pass the exam. However if you had not recieved the email, you can email them which you've already done, it might take them upto 7-10 days for a reply, I had similar problem and they replied after more than 7 days. you probably have to keep a little patience .

Note: The problem I had was I used my work email during the course with VMware and when I attended the exam I used my personal email. I should have really used only one email in both times.
