completed the course VMware Cloud before June 15, 2023 but rewards point not received

Hello, I completed the course Designing, Configuring, and Managing the VMware Cloud before June 15, 2023, but the rewards point didn't receive. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks,

On the vmware reward portal, contact to admin. Go to Profile pic drop down menu -> Message Admin and write your concern to admin.

For verification, also upload the Course Completion certificate for faster cause the admin team response takes one-two days.
