What is a good book to get to learn more about using ESX with the command line?
e.g. changing networking settings and creating a machine.

I'm not sure that I've ever seen one book that has the command line stuff in one location I will say the the VMware DSA class has quite a bit of the command line as part of the automation portion of the class.
