Training advice

Hello,

I have  not ventured intothe world of VM  all my HP servers a physical boxes...I have 16 of them

I need to understand the differences between vsphere and vm ware and all that stuff in order to formulate a training plan

any help is appreciated

As written by Scott, start from VMware pages.

VMware is just the company, vSphere is a set of products (ESXi, vCenter Server, ...) to build a virtual infrastructure.
