Performance training on vSphere

HAs anybody take taken the new Performance Training from Vmware for vSphere 4? How did you find it? Is it worth it ?

I took it a few weeks back and have to say, out of all the classes i've taken, this is probably the best. You will get very familiar with ESXTOP and vscsiStats
