Sorry if I'm in wrong place, but I need some help with my mylearn account.
I was using a business account and opened a case on eduoperations to merge this account to my personal one I used before (Since I'm not working on that company anymore).
They answered that it was done but I have access to that account since I got inactive message when I try (for both)
From that I've a lot of emais and open cases and no one can solve my case. For twice they replied my email saying that I have 1 hour do login, but when I tried same error.
The last one they said me to create a new account (what means create a new email and create a new account that will not have any information I need).
I need to have access to my account to get my certification and courses info, renew my certification, etc.
If someone passed for same situation or could help me in any way let me know. That's is really frustrating.

I'm Trying. Today they just closed my ticket saying that it's solved, however I'm still getting inactive account message.
I'm getting what seems to be an automatic message, the following:

You need to first sign up for new account at VMware Customer Connect, after signing up you will receive an email to activate your CC account. Once the account is activated, you can sign into customer connect dashboard and click on learning app to access VMware learning.

I don't need to create a new account. I just need to activate my account that has my VCP and course information (jairo.info@gmail.com).
I can't get one single answer from them that really helps me.
I'm since June trying to solving it so I can renew my certification but no success until now.
- Firstly they told me they merged my work and personal account (when I started to get inactive message)
- After that I opened some tickets, all of them answered during a time I could not access my account, and all of them gave me just 1h do access it.
- I asked to call me so we could activate and access at same time, no one called me and I got same email before.
- The last ticket I opened I got the answer I posted above TWICE.
Don't know what to do anymore. I would never imagine it would be so hard to reset an account status.
