Looking for Vmware IT Academy contact information to help resolve a Program Director transfer

We are trying to transfer our account to a new Program Director (me), but we cannot find anyone in the Vmware IT Academy for assistance.  We have sent email to the Vmware IT Academy Program office (VMwareITAcademyProgramOffice@vmware.com), but to no avail.  Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi-

I having the same problem.  My co-worker retired.  He managed the NDG Netlab envirionment.  I am having problems switching the VITA admin role to me.  How did you resolve this issue?
