Live Online courses

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with details on how the online courses work. I'm interested in trying them since they don't seem to offer the Deploy & Analyze course in the Seattle area.

We use Webex. You log into the Webex server and see our slides there. You have to call in on a phone line to our teleconference, so you need to have a phone that can be tied up all day with a headset or a speakerphone. Do not try to use a battery powered phone.

You see the slide and hear/ interact with the instructor over the phone.

Many people find it a comfortable way to take a class.

You do need a quiet place to work.

What about training materials? Do you get the same materials if you attended a class in person?

Yes, you get the exact same materials and the exact same class, you just don't have to wear shoes.

The labs are done remotely through a Citrix connection, so they are the same also.

You need about 300kbps Internet speed.
