How to contact Vmware Education services for certificate not received Querry .

Hello Team,

I need your help to contact some one in Vmware (Phone Number) in Indai or Toll free .

I completed my VCP- 410 on 26th Dec 2011, still have not received my VCP certificate Hard copy.

I had mailed to certifications@vmware.com. They told me we had send your certificate on Sep-6 which was ridculous(I appeared my Exam on 26th Dec how could they send me the certificate on sep-6 ). Anyways they told me that they have resnd me teh certificate So still waiting for May-2 as that is the deadline given to me.

Any help would be really great. Hope Vmware reads my this email . It is very frustrating

Hello Sir ,

Thank you for the response. I am talking about my VCp-410 . Not my VCP-510. I appeared my VCp-5 on Feb 18th 2012. So I can wait .

Hi,

It will take some days to arrive the certificate at your address.Probably within a month

It's require 3/4 week for receiving the certificate. You can also mail again for not receving the certificte.

At the moment it is taking longer than normal.

Sending repeat emails to certification@vmware.com just increases the team's workload and can delay things even further. Every email becomes a "case" on a system that the team use to track and respond through, repeat emails just generate extra cases that the team then need to match against previous cases...
