How to allow student to fill the Eval again?

Sometimes student miss the right smiley face, or would like to change his/her answers in the Eval form. How to allow this? Previously there was a "Void" button in MyLearn admin, but now I am not able to see that.

Only "Flag" is listed, but dont know, what the Flag is doing.

Any Idea?
