FastTrack course average hours

I have a collegue interested in taking the FastTrack course. Does anyone know roughly how many hours a day the class typically runs?

I know it will vary but since I took the courses individually I couldn't make a good guess.

Thanks

having taught it - it does run 8 AM to 6 PM - Monday through Friday - with potentially friday leaving a little early on friday depending on network reliabity and class issues -

Hi -

I'm an instructor with the VMware education group. I teach the Fast Track course on a regular basis (and talk with the other instructors who also teach it) and my experience has been that the class does indeed run most of the 10 hours allotted each day - at most you might get out 15 minutes early on a day or two (which is usually offset by staying a little longer on some other day.)

Bottom line - count on 8am-6pm as an accurate estimate of classroom time.

Hope this helps,

Bob

Course schedule shows five 10 hour class days. Most are scheduled from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Hi,

The FastTrack's official hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday--Friday. You can expect the class to pretty completely fill this time although class sometimes finishes a little before 6:00pm on the final day. This link will take you to the complete course description as well:

Regards,

Mark
