Hi @achridhan ,
I´m Pablo Cruces, Staff Multi-cloud Customers Success Architect for EMEA and will help you on this request.
Between two SDWAN edges, it´s not possible to extend L2.
SDWAN can connect two offices on the same subnet if the routers WAN are on the same one. So, depending on the environment and the architecture, we suggest to use NSX or HCX to extend L2.
BR,
I am looking at the same situation. We currently have two sites - Office and Data Center. They are currently connected using a VPLS tunnel. We are working with our service provider to implement VMWare SDWAN using 620 edge devices. So currently all our subnets extend accross that VPLS. In talking to our ISP they are saying we need to change the subnets being used in the office since those subnets cannot extend accross the link. This can be done but involves signifigant work on our part.
Thanks
