no admin account in vcf-sddc 4.2

Newly deployed VCF 4.2.1 environment, 

Unable to find admin account in the sddc manager , only root and vcf account exist.

How to find out admin account if not created from parameter deployment sheet ?

If not how to create admin account ?

If you are trying to log onto the UI, use the SSO admin account (administrator@vsphere.local) once you domain join and create roles you can use those.

If you need CLI access, log in with vcf and Su to root.

We define that in parameter sheet as well. But still not able to find

The admin account is used for API calls and not in the UI
