Workloaddomain greyout on "VxRail Virtual Infrastra setup" and says No images found for vCenter

VCF  on VxRail (4.2.1/7.0.131) 

VCF build manager installation was successful and i was trying add workload domain and its says "No images found for product vCenter 7.0.1.00200-17327517"

Utilized offline bundle upgrade to resolve the issue
